Healthy Peanut Butter Cups/ Bites

Nutrition per serving:  Approximately 43 calories; 4g of protein; 1g of carbohydrates; 0g of sugar; 0.4g of fiber


Ingredients:

  • 140g of peanut butter

  • 90g of Garden of Life Whey Protein (Chocolate flavor)

  • 2 scoops of monk fruit/erythritol

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in bowl and either make small bites or use a mini cup pan.

  2. Bring them to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, sprinkle with peanut butter powder and serve.

  3. If you prefer, you can melt 4-5 squares of Perugia chocolate (70% percent) and coat the bites/cups with the chocolate. Bring to the refrigerator for another hour or so. Enjoy!
