Protein Cinnamon (Sugar) Donuts

Servings: 3-4 donuts
Nutrition per serving (1 donut): 13g of protein; 80 calories; 3g of carbohydrates.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
30 ml of water (about 2 tablespoons)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 scoop of Garden of Life Meal Replacement (vanilla flavor)
1 scoop of Garden of Life Protein Powder (vanilla flavor)
15g (about 1 spoon. You can always add more if you prefer a sweeter taste) of xylitol or erythritol or monk fruit (your choice)
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixer, add the eggs, water, the vanilla extract and mix all ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix the powder ingredients, by sifting them for a smoother dough.
Start incorporating the powder mixture slowly with a spatula. No need to use the mixer.
Grease a donut pan (if you are using a silicone one, there is no need to grease it).
Bake 10-15 minutes, until golden brown
For the topping:
You can use the following:
3 tbs of melted butter, tsp of cinnamon and 1/3 of monk fruit, and sprinkle this mixture into the donuts; or
100 g of Greek Yogurt or just water if you prefer, mixed with 1 scoop of Garden of Life Whey Protein (chocolate flavor)
