Nutrition per serving (1 donut): 13g of protein; 80 calories; 3g of carbohydrates.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 30 ml of water (about 2 tablespoons)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop of Garden of Life Meal Replacement (vanilla flavor)

  • 1 scoop of Garden of Life Protein Powder (vanilla flavor)

  • 15g (about 1 spoon. You can always add more if you prefer a sweeter taste) of xylitol or erythritol or monk fruit (your choice)

  • A pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a mixer, add the eggs, water, the vanilla extract and mix all ingredients.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the powder ingredients, by sifting them for a smoother dough.

  4. Start incorporating the powder mixture slowly with a spatula. No need to use the mixer.

  5. Grease a donut pan (if you are using a silicone one, there is no need to grease it).

Bake 10-15 minutes, until golden brown

For the topping:

You can use the following:

  • 3 tbs of melted butter, tsp of cinnamon and 1/3 of monk fruit, and sprinkle this mixture into the donuts; or

  • 100 g of Greek Yogurt or just water if you prefer, mixed with 1 scoop of Garden of Life Whey Protein (chocolate flavor)

Enjoy this yummy and fluffy recipe!
