Protein-Packed Banana Bread with a Cinnamon Twist

This recipe serves 7 servings

Nutrition per serving:  122 calories; 8.5g of protein; 15g of carbohydrates; 4g of fat.


Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 bananas

  • 8 tbs of Orgain Protein

  • 1 scoop of almond flour

  • 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

  • 1 tbs of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of baking powder


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees

  2. Mix all the ingredients, and if it is still dry, add water until it reaches a bread dough consistence. Add baking powder

  3. Grease the pan with cooking spray or you can also use a parchment paper. This step is important to prevent sticking to the pan.

  4. Bake it for 30 minutes

  5. Let it cool and remove it from the pan.

  6. Bon appetite!
