It is perfect for a quick, healthy, nutritious and high-protein breakfast!

Nutrition per serving: 250 calories; 14g of protein; 13g of carbohydrates; 0g of sugar; 8g of fiber; 13g of fat.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of Garden of Life Flaxseed and Chia Blend
1 tablespoon of Libby Pumpkin Puree
1 tablespoon of Coconut Flour
1 egg
1teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of Pumpkin seeds to decorate
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients, and if it is still dry, add water until it reaches a bread dough consistence.
Add the baking powder and spread the pumpkin seeds on top and microwave for 3 minutes in high power.
Let it cool off, if you prefer, cut it in half and add your favorite filling. You will have a flavored and nutritious sandwich. Bon appetite!
